International Sales & Support Executive – Night Shift - Pick and drop

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and professional International Sales & Support Executive to handle international clients during the night shift. The role involves managing customer inquiries, generating sales opportunities, and providing high-quality support to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communication with international clients
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and calls in a professional manner
• Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into successful deals
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups
• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and support
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Prior experience in international sales or customer support will be preferred
• Ability to work night shifts on a consistent basis
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Basic computer and CRM handling skills
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
