Creative Director (Night Shift – In-House)
Location: Karachi

Shift Timing: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

About the Role:
Resolute Digitals is looking for a creative, organized, and client-focused Creative Director to lead creative projects for our USA-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of social media marketing, and the ability to coordinate with designers, video editors, and clients to ensure high-quality content delivery.
Responsibilities

• Manage creative projects from concept to execution.
• Communicate professionally with USA-based clients.
• Plan and review monthly content calendars.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors.
• Review social media posts, reels, and marketing creatives.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines.
• Brainstorm creative campaign ideas with the team.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve campaign performance.
• Present ideas and updates during client meetings.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Strong client communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Experience working with international clients is a plus.
