Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage the organization's human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and compliance while supporting business objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Handle employee relations matters and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and employee development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and employee documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
- Partner with department heads to support workforce planning and organizational growth.
- Lead HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of proven HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations.
- Experience in performance management and policy implementation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and night shift schedule.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
