Logistics, Expediting and Transportation Specialist

Job Purpose:

• Support logistics, expediting, and transportation activities by coordinating shipment readiness, material movement, delivery follow-up, and transport arrangements.
• Ensure timely and efficient flow of materials, finished goods, and supplier deliveries across factories, warehouses, and operational sites.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in logistics, expediting, transportation coordination, or supply chain support.
• Experience in manufacturing, HVAC, or industrial multi-site environments is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/logistics systems.
• Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Certifications in logistics or supply chain are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation for inbound, outbound, and internal material movements.
• Follow up with suppliers and transport providers on shipment readiness, delivery schedules, and dispatch status.
• Monitor shipments and escalate delays, shortages, or risks impacting operations.
• Maintain logistics records including delivery schedules, shipment logs, and transport documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement, planning, warehouse, production, and service teams to align delivery priorities.
• Communicate with external transporters and suppliers to resolve shipment and delivery issues.
• Prepare logistics reports and update tracking systems to ensure visibility of performance and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HSE requirements.
