Product Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, customer pain points, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Perform competitor analysis and benchmark product features and offerings.
• Validate product ideas through research, user interactions, and feedback collection.
• Prepare clear and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for development teams.
• Define product workflows, prioritize features, and support release planning.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers on wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys.
• Work closely with developers, QA engineers, designers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, product reviews, and agile ceremonies.
• Clarify business requirements during development and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Review completed features to ensure alignment with business and functional requirements.
• Identify, report, and track bugs, and coordinate with engineering teams for resolution.
• Ensure product quality and readiness before release.
• Collect customer feedback and recommend product improvements based on user behavior and business goals.
• Monitor product adoption, engagement, and performance metrics.
• Utilize AI tools and productivity platforms for research, documentation, idea validation, feature definition, and workflow optimization.
• Stay updated with emerging AI trends and suggest innovative product enhancements and features.

Required Skills :

• Strong understanding of SaaS products, web applications, mobile applications, REST APIs, databases, cloud platforms, UI/UX principles, and AI-powered products and workflows.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in B.Tech / B.E., BCA / MCA, MBA (preferred), or a related field.
• Ability to think from the customer’s perspective and translate business needs into product requirements.
• Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of software development processes and SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple products, tasks, and priorities effectively.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, Miro, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools.
• Candidates with any graduate degree and strong analytical skills along with relevant product or business experience are encouraged to apply.
