Proposal Engineer – Steel Fabrication

German Steel Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Proposal Engineer to join our team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Proposal Engineer in the Steel Fabrication Industry.
• Strong experience in structural steel estimation, proposal preparation, and tender documentation.
• Proficient in STAAD Pro, ETABS, and SAP2000 for structural analysis and design.
• Well experienced in Tekla Structures.
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
