Responsibilities

* Identify and research potential clients and new markets to generate leads.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

* Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a similar role.
* Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically.
* Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
* Experience working within the UAE market is highly advantageous.
