STORE MANAGER for a FLOWER SHOP

We are seeking an organized, business-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations, sales performance, and team dynamics of our flower shop. You will be responsible for driving store profitability, managing a team of florist and retail associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a beautifully merchandised showroom.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of retail store management experience. Experience in a boutique retail, hospitality, luxury goods, or floral/nursery environment is highly preferred.
• Female candidates only
• Arabic is a must
• Skills: Strong proficiency with retail POS systems, inventory tracking software, and MS Office (Excel and Word).
• Can join immediately
