Retail Store Manager (Hypermarket)

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily store operations.
• Supervise and motivate store staff to achieve sales and service objectives.
• Monitor stock levels, merchandise displays, and product availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and operational standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with the warehouse and procurement teams.
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve store performance.
• Ensure proper cash handling and adherence to financial controls.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, merchandising, and store presentation.

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
