Teaching Assistant – Summer Splash 2026 Program

Universal Martial Arts Academy is looking for enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants for our Summer Splash 2026 program. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with children and can support our instructors in daily activities.

Role Overview

The Teaching Assistant will help manage students, support instructors during sessions, assist with activities, and ensure a safe and engaging environment throughout the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist instructors during training sessions and group activities
• Help organize and guide children through daily schedules
• Support art, craft, dance, and creative sessions
• Ensure safety and discipline within the premises
• Assist during break times and transitions between activities
• Help with basic administrative or coordination tasks when needed

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge in art and craft, dance, or martial arts is an added advantage
• Good communication and child‑handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, child‑focused environment

Eligibility

• Housewives with valid visa are highly encouraged to apply
• Candidates with own visa, husband visa, or family visa are welcome
• Must be available for the full duration of the Summer Splash program

Pay: AED600.00 - AED750.00 per month
