We are currently hiring for a US IT Recruit er to specialize in talent acquisition across th e US regi on, contributing to our expanding global operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs within t he US IT sec tor.
• Manage t he end-to-end recruitment proc ess for various IT roles, including contract, full-time, and C2C hiring.
• Source candidates using platforms li ke LinkedIn, Dice, Mons ter, and internal databases, as well as through vendor management and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Negotiate salary packages, benefits, and other compensation details.
• Manage and understand vario us US tax te rms such as W2, C2C, and 1 099.
• Handle visa sponsorship processes and ensure candidates comply with necessa ry visa regulati on s (H1B, OPT, . ..)
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand specific job requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and relationship management.
• Ensure compliance wi th US hiring regulati ons and company policies.
• Provide market insights and recommend hiring best practices to optimize recruitment processes.
