 Job Description:
 
 
 
 We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department and ensure smooth and efficient execution of all sales activities.
 
 
 The role reports directly to the Sales Director and plays a key part in improving operational efficiency, enhancing sales performance, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
 
 
 Prior experience in real estate is not required; however, strong and proven experience in sales operations is essential.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee daily operations of the sales department
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor sales team performance and analyze results on a regular basis
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal departments to support sales operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to operational planning and sales strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare regular reports on operational and sales performance
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:

 Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or sales operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership and team management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and operational management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in sales systems and reporting tools
 </li>
