Sales Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department and ensure smooth and efficient execution of all sales activities.

The role reports directly to the Sales Director and plays a key part in improving operational efficiency, enhancing sales performance, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives.

Prior experience in real estate is not required; however, strong and proven experience in sales operations is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the sales department
  • Monitor sales team performance and analyze results on a regular basis
  • Develop and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support sales operations
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Contribute to operational planning and sales strategies
  • Prepare regular reports on operational and sales performance


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or sales operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Strong organizational and operational management skills
  • Proficiency in sales systems and reporting tools
