Role Purpose*:<br>
<li>As our Senior Chef &ndash; Production, you will lead daily kitchen production to deliver consistent quality and on-time output at scale.</li><br>
<li>You will manage the kitchen team, ensure strict adherence
</li><br>
to recipes and portioning, and maintain hygiene and food safety standards. This is a hands-on
<br>
<li>leadership role focused on execution, discipline, and consistency across the kitchen</li><br>
<br>
Key Responsibilities:<br>
<li>PRIORITY: Daily Production Execution &amp; Consistency</li><br>
Production Planning &amp; Execution:<br>
<li>Plan daily production based on orders and forecasts
</li><br>
<li>Execute batch cooking and station workflows efficiently
</li><br>
<li>Ensure portioning and packing specs are followed consistently
</li><br>
<li>Ensure production is completed on time for dispatch and delivery cutoffs
</li><br>
Quality Control &amp; Standardization:<br>
<li>Enforce recipe adherence and consistency across shifts
</li><br>
<li>Conduct taste checks and quality checks for batches
</li><br>
<li>Maintain basic production logs and traceability for daily batches
</li><br>
Hygiene, Food Safety &amp; Compliance:<br>
<li>Enforce hygiene standards, cleaning schedules, and proper storage practices
</li><br>
<li>Ensure temperature control and safe food handling practices are followed
</li><br>
Team Leadership (MANDATORY):<br>
<li>Manage kitchen team schedules, attendance, performance, and discipline
</li><br>
<li>Train staff on production workflow, portioning, and quality standards
</li><br>
<li>Ensure smooth shift handovers and clear daily task assignments
</li><br>
Waste Control &amp; Efficiency:
<br>
<li>Reduce waste through yield control and proper handling
</li><br>
<li>Monitor usage vs plan and report variances

<div><div><b>الشروط والمهارات:</b>
</div><div><ul><li>Education (MANDATORY): Culinary degree (minimum 3-year degree or higher) - REQUIRED</li>
<li>Experience (MANDATORY): CDP level or higher - REQUIRED</li>
<li>People management / kitchen team leadership experience - REQUIRED</li>
<li>Experience in high-volume kitchens (cloud kitchen, catering, restaurant, or central kitchen) - strongly preferred</li>
<li>Experience in 5-star hotels - a big plus</li>
<li>Arabic and/or English communication skills sufficient for kitchen execution and team communication</li>
<li>Strong all-round production knowledge across hot kitchen, garde manger, and bakery basics - REQUIRED</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of food production processes and kitchen workflow</li>
<li>Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices</li>
<li>Strong portion control and consistency mindset</li>
