 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator - Tamheer to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will support the Human Resources department by managing day-to-day recruitment operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
 
 
 The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to various HR initiatives.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assisting with sourcing, screening resumes and applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating high-volume interviews across various departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring a positive candidate experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating and maintaining recruitment records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting in onboarding activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing administrative support to the recruitment team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Qualified for Tamheer program conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 0 - 6 months of experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to join immediately.
 </li>
