Job Summary:

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator - Tamheer to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will support the Human Resources department by managing day-to-day recruitment operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to various HR initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with sourcing, screening resumes and applications.
  • Coordinating high-volume interviews across various departments.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Creating and maintaining recruitment records.
  • Assisting in onboarding activities.
  • Providing administrative support to the recruitment team.
  • Supporting HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Qualified for Tamheer program conditions.
  • Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 0 - 6 months of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards.
  • Ability to join immediately.
