Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Benefits: Flexible scheduleJob Summary Nelson Design Group is seeking a reliable, detail-orientedOffice Assistant / Graphic Designer to support daily office operations and create polished, professional visual materials.Graphic design experience is required for this role, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a must. This is an in-office position in a creative, art-forward environment where professionalism, accuracy, organization, and strong design skills are essential.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide general office support, including task tracking, document organization, scheduling support, and coordination</li><li>Create and update graphics and layouts for internal and external use, including flyers, simple marketing pieces, presentations, and branded documents</li><li>Use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to produce visually polished, on-brand materials</li><li>Conduct online research and clearly summarize findings for decision-making</li><li>Communicate professionally with team members and occasional external contacts by email, phone, and in person</li><li>Maintain a high level of attention to detail in formatting, file organization, and office tasks</li><li>Assist with projects related to real estate or construction topics when needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Professional graphic design experience required</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator required</li><li>Strong eye for layout, typography, branding, and visual presentation</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and follow-through</li><li>Ability to multitask and work effectively in an in-office environment</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience creating marketing materials and branded documents</li><li>Familiarity with real estate, construction, architecture, or related industries</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourWork Location: In person
