Job Summary
Nelson Design Group is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented

Office Assistant / Graphic Designer to support daily office operations and create polished, professional visual materials.

Graphic design experience is required for this role, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a must. This is an in-office position in a creative, art-forward environment where professionalism, accuracy, organization, and strong design skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general office support, including task tracking, document organization, scheduling support, and coordination
  • Create and update graphics and layouts for internal and external use, including flyers, simple marketing pieces, presentations, and branded documents
  • Use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to produce visually polished, on-brand materials
  • Conduct online research and clearly summarize findings for decision-making
  • Communicate professionally with team members and occasional external contacts by email, phone, and in person
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in formatting, file organization, and office tasks
  • Assist with projects related to real estate or construction topics when needed

Qualifications

  • Professional graphic design experience required
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator required
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, branding, and visual presentation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in an in-office environment

Preferred

  • Experience creating marketing materials and branded documents
  • Familiarity with real estate, construction, architecture, or related industries

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
