Sales Virtual Assistant

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Virtual Assistant – Sales Manager to support our growing cleaning services business. This role is ideal for someone confident in sales, proactive in lead generation, and comfortable engaging potential clients through cold outreach.

You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, managing the sales funnel, and converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling and outbound sales activities
• Identify and reach out to potential clients
• Build and manage the sales funnel / pipeline
• Research prospective clients, businesses, and target locations
• Generate qualified leads through online research and prospecting
• Present and offer cleaning services to potential customers
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities
• Follow up with prospects to drive conversions
• Collaborate with the team on sales strategies

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence in cold calling
• Ability to research and identify potential business opportunities
• Organized and comfortable managing a sales pipeline
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Experience using CRM tools is a plus
• Background in service-based sales is an advantage
