You'll be identifying key decision makers whilst adopting a creative outreach to qualify prospects and successfully position 's value proposition.What you'll be doing:<ul><li>Identify & generate new business opportunities from the most promising prospects and partners in MENA</li><li>Pitch our next-generation payment solutions and value-added services to eCommerce and Fintech companies</li><li>Prepare high-quality presentations and proposals for C-suite stakeholders at prospective clients, and implement winning negotiation strategies</li><li>Become the expert on 's technology stack, help new merchants understand the value of to solve their pain points, and handle detailed questions about our product capabilities.</li><li>Orchestrate the entire lead generation process, drive urgency and act as the main point of contact for prospects and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Maintain a solid, well-organized portfolio and nurture key accounts by having a deep understanding of their industry, pain points, and needs.</li><li>Partner with Sales team members to share best practices, key business insights and industry trends.</li><li>Attend local in person events</li><li>Provide feedback on local trends including competitor insights, customer needs, sales, product and marketing information.</li></ul>About you:<ul><li>At least 2 years fintech B2B sales experience, ideally in the Payments industry</li><li>Track record of high performance</li><li>Highly motivated and committed to growth and development</li><li>Curious and able to learn new things</li><li>Tech-savvy, with a passion for Fintech and Payments</li><li>Strong commercial acumen, ability to effectively negotiate complex structures</li><li>Coachable and collaborative, a true team player</li><li>Highly organized and able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively</li><li>Exceptional communication in English and Arabic (Mandatory)</li></ul>Bring all of you to workWe create the conditions for high performers to thrive - through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one.Here, you'll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver.
