This position offers a vibrant environment where your sales talents can flourish, and your customer service skills will make a lasting impact.Duties<ul><li>Engage with customers to understand their mobility needs and recommend suitable products and services</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features and benefits effectively</li><li>Assist customers with POS (Point of Sale) transactions, including cash handling and checkout procedures</li><li>Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to enhance customer experience and increase sales</li><li>Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an inviting shopping environment</li><li>Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments</li><li>Supervise team members when needed, supporting training on product demos, sales techniques, and store operations</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior retail sales experience, preferably in a grocery store or electronics environment, is highly valued</li><li>Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings</li><li>Strong communication skills in bilingual settings are advantageous for serving diverse customers</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math ensures smooth transactions</li><li>Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on device features</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette</li><li>Basic math skills for managing transactions accurately and efficiently</li></ul>Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences!
