Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their mobility needs and recommend suitable products and services
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features and benefits effectively
• Assist customers with POS (Point of Sale) transactions, including cash handling and checkout procedures
• Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to enhance customer experience and increase sales
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an inviting shopping environment
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments
• Supervise team members when needed, supporting training on product demos, sales techniques, and store operations

Experience

• Prior retail sales experience, preferably in a grocery store or electronics environment, is highly valued
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings
• Strong communication skills in bilingual settings are advantageous for serving diverse customers
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math ensures smooth transactions
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on device features
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette
• Basic math skills for managing transactions accurately and efficiently

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
