Since 1998, our licensed and bonded agency has produced over 30,000 events throughout the East Coast, providing quality live entertainment and consulting services to a wide variety of satisfied clients.Role Overview:107 Productions is seeking a personable Executive Assistant/Marketing professional to join our team on a part-time basis with the potential to transition into a full-time role. This position requires a highly organized individual who can provide exceptional administrative support to senior executives, assist with marketing initiatives, communicate effectively with clients and artists, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for live entertainment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while adapting to the evolving needs of the company.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and screen phone calls and emails.</li><li>Follow up with clients and leads.</li><li>Prepare contracts, documents, and invoices for artist bookings.</li><li>Support the company in growing its brand and business partnerships.</li><li>Conduct research and gather information as needed.</li><li>Maintain client/artist relations by attending events and live shows.</li><li>Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote artists and events.</li><li>Manage social media accounts, create content, and engage with followers.</li><li>Coordinate email marketing campaigns and newsletters.</li><li>Design promotional materials such as flyers, graphics, and event announcements.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>A minimum of five years of experience in a music-related industry, or an Associate&rsquo;s/Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (degree preferred but not required).</li><li>Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Access to a functioning computer with internet connectivity.</li><li>Willingness to travel and attend live performances.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.</li><li>Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while adapting to changes.</li><li>Professional, patient, and supportive demeanor towards artists and clients.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.</li><li>Positive attitude and high level of professionalism.</li></ul>If you are a proactive self-starter with a passion for the entertainment industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
