Executive Assistant/Marketing

Role Overview:

107 Productions is seeking a personable Executive Assistant/Marketing professional to join our team on a part-time basis with the potential to transition into a full-time role. This position requires a highly organized individual who can provide exceptional administrative support to senior executives, assist with marketing initiatives, communicate effectively with clients and artists, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for live entertainment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while adapting to the evolving needs of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and screen phone calls and emails.
  • Follow up with clients and leads.
  • Prepare contracts, documents, and invoices for artist bookings.
  • Support the company in growing its brand and business partnerships.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed.
  • Maintain client/artist relations by attending events and live shows.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote artists and events.
  • Manage social media accounts, create content, and engage with followers.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Design promotional materials such as flyers, graphics, and event announcements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in a music-related industry, or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (degree preferred but not required).
  • Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Access to a functioning computer with internet connectivity.
  • Willingness to travel and attend live performances.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while adapting to changes.
  • Professional, patient, and supportive demeanor towards artists and clients.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Positive attitude and high level of professionalism.
