Office Assistant

Hansen Concrete Company is looking to add an office position to our family-owned and operated business. We take pride in what we do, and are looking for an employee that feels the same.

Here is what we are looking for in this office administrative assistant role:

  • Positive, outgoing personality
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced working environment
  • A fast-learner that is willing to learn new skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Trustworthy and reliable applicant that can handle confidential information
  • Able to work with others, but also independently

Responsibilities:

  • Answering a multi-line phone system
  • Taking concrete orders and deliveries from customers
  • Payroll and taxes bi-weekly
  • Invoicing/Billing
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Putting estimates together for customers for various projects
  • Customer Service. Dealing directly on the phone and in-person with the customers
  • After training, be able to use computer program to dispatch and schedule concrete as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Experience with Quickbook Pro (Basic principles of accounting) and Google Sheets
  • Time management
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to handle confidential information
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced working environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
