Social Media Co-ordinator

Falak Art Studio is a creative art studio dedicated to nurturing artistic skills, confidence, and self-expression in children, teens, and adults. We are looking for a creative, reliable, and locally based Social Media Coordinator to help us grow our online presence and connect with our community.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile, snapchat, etc
• Write captions that align with our brand voice (creative, positive, family-friendly)
• Design simple creatives using Canva or even other comfortable platform (reels, posts, stories, event promos)
• Cover studio activities, student artwork, workshops, camps, and special events
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Respond to basic comments and messages professionally
• Coordinate with the studio team for upcoming events, announcements, and promotions
• Track basic performance insights and suggest content improvements

Requirements:

• Experience managing social media for a business, studio, or brand
• Strong content writing skills (English)
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, Stories, and Facebook posts, etc
• Comfortable using Canva and basic mobile photography/video
• Understanding of local/community-based marketing
• Must be based near Coppell, TX (local visits to the studio may be required to capture live videos and click pictures to post)
• Interest in art, education, or creative fields is a big plus

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Mailchimp or email marketing
• Knowledge of hashtags, trends, and reels editing
• Prior work with art studios, schools, or kids-focused brands
