Job Summary

• Edit and enhance photos using tools like Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, ensuring accurate color management and photo manipulation.
• Edit videos with Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro, incorporating smooth transitions, music, and branding elements to create polished final products.
• Manage post-production workflows efficiently to deliver high-quality content within deadlines.
• Collaborate with clients and real estate agents to understand their visual branding goals and tailor content accordingly.
• Maintain organized digital asset libraries and ensure all media files meet quality standards for various social media platforms and marketing channels.
• Stay updated on current trends in photography, videography, art direction, and social media management to produce fresh and engaging content.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate photography and videography with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in capturing properties effectively.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite applications including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere; familiarity with Capture One is a plus.
• Skilled in photo editing, photo manipulation, color theory, and color management to produce vibrant images that accurately represent spaces.
• Experience filming with professional equipment such as DSLRs or mirrorless cameras; knowledge of lighting techniques is essential.
• Ability to operate video editing software like Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere for post-production editing.
