Key Responsibilities:</b></h4><div>
Manage <b>end-to-end payroll processing</b> through Keka HRMS</div><div>
Ensure <b>statutory compliance</b> (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, Gratuity, etc.)</div><div>
Maintain accurate employee records and process monthly HR reports</div><div>
Coordinate with finance for timely disbursement and reconciliation</div><div>
Handle employee queries related to payroll and compliance</div><div>
Support HR audits and documentation</div><div>
Assist in HR operations, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management</div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Requirements:</b></h4><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in HR, Commerce, or a related field</div><div>
2&ndash;4 years of experience in <b>Payroll &amp; Compliance</b></div><div>
Hands-on experience with <b>Keka HRMS</b></div><div>
Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory filings</div><div>
