Recruiter

Location: Pune (Work from Office)

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter who excels in technical hiring and can partner with our tech teams to identify and attract the right talent.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and functional roles

Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and networking

Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and feedback

Maintain candidate pipelines and update hiring dashboards

Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the process

Support employer branding and referral programs

Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred)

1–4 years of experience in Technical Recruitment (IT roles)

Strong understanding of tech skills (e.g., .NET, Angular, iOS, etc.)

Familiar with modern hiring tools and ATS platforms

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
