Job Title: HR Recruiter

• Study the job requirements
• Sourcing profiles from various job portals like Naukri, etc
• Maintaining and building a resourceful resume data bank
• Reviewing, evaluating, and shortlisting profiles
• Validating the shortlisted profiles by talking to the candidates and screening them on basic parameters like communication skills, educational eligibility, interests and preferences, current availability, and salary expectations
• Scheduling interviews
• Conducting the initial round of interviews
• Preparing Offer Letter
• Joining formalities, handling HRIS

Excellent Communication Skills

2 to 4 years of experience in End to end recruitment Process

Strategic thinking & analytical skills

Proficient MS Office ( Word ,Powerpoint, Advance Excel)

Negotiation & time management skills
