About the Role:
As a Recruiter at Tata Electronics, you will play a critical role in driving large-scale hiring initiatives for frontline workers (Direct Labour). You will manage end-to-end recruitment, working closely with business teams to understand requirements and delivering recruitment solutions through high-volume sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to manage recruitment drives in diverse locations.
Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.

Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages in coordination with hiring managers.

Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

Utilize the Success Factors recruitment module to manage and track recruitment activities.

Stay informed about semiconductor industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.

Conduct research on potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.

Maintain regular communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Provide an excellent candidate experience by ensuring timely updates and feedback.

Build and maintain a network of industry professionals and potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipelines.

Prepare detailed reports on recruitment activities and present findings to relevant stakeholders.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance recruiting efficiency.
