IT Recruiter

Job Description

As an IT Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process for technical positions within our organization. You will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire talented IT professionals.

Job Specification

• Responsibilities:
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and develop effective job descriptions and job specifications.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual, with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in IT recruitment to provide insights and recommendations.
• Support other HR and recruitment initiatives as assigned.
• Complete hiring for open roles within stipulated deadlines.
• Preferred Skills:
• MBA in HR, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in IT or technical roles, is a plus.
• Strong interest and basic knowledge of IT concepts, technologies, and job roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and recruitment using LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
