Job Title: Assistant HR – Recruitment

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Assistant HR with a primary focus on recruitment for our renewable energy projects. The candidate will be responsible for hiring staff and labour employees for Solar, Electrical, and Wind Energy projects across various sites. When recruitment activities are minimal, the candidate will support other HR and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Recruit engineers, supervisors, technicians, operators, and site labour for Solar, Electrical & Wind Energy projects
  • Post job openings on job portals and social media
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate with project/site managers for manpower requirements
  • Maintain recruitment tracker and employee records
  • Support onboarding and documentation process
  • Assist in HR operations and administrative activities when recruitment tasks are not active

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in recruitment
  • Any Degree (MBA HR preferred)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to handle bulk hiring for project sites
