HR Manager

Position Overview:

Ravima Ventures is seeking a proactive and versatile HR Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end human resources activities including recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance. This role demands a hands-on professional who can manage both people and processes in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding across departments including Sales, Engineering, Admin, and Back Office teams.

· Coordinate onboarding formalities, documentation, induction sessions, and ensure a smooth new-employee experience.

· Handle employee data management, maintain HRMS/HRIS systems accurately, and ensure timely updates.

· Manage monthly payroll inputs, coordinate with the accounts team for accurate salary disbursement, and track leaves, attendance, and reimbursements.

· Drive employee engagement activities: birthday celebrations, festive events, team- building sessions, and internal communications to boost morale and team culture.

· Handle grievance redressal for on-ground Sales staff and Site Engineers.

· Act as a key point of contact for employee queries related to policies, leaves, appraisals, and conflict resolution, ensuring issues are handled with empathy and efficiency.

· Ensure statutory compliance and assist in labor audits, PF/ESIC submissions, and handling contractor workforce documentation if applicable.

· Prepare HR reports and dashboards – headcount, attrition, hiring pipeline, attendance, and other metrics.

· Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes, collecting feedback and improving retention efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,521.61 - ₹60,068.74 per month
