Job DescriptionBuilding maintenance encompasses a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the functionality, safety, and cleanliness of a building. These responsibilities include performing routine inspections, repairing equipment, maintaining building systems like HVAC and plumbing, and addressing potential issues proactively. Detailed Responsibilities:<ul><li>Routine Inspections: Regularly inspecting the building, systems, and equipment to identify potential problems before they escalate.</li><li>Repair and Maintenance: Repairing faulty equipment, components, and structures. This may include fixing drywall, repairing doors, or addressing plumbing and electrical issues.</li><li>Preventive Maintenance: Implementing preventative maintenance procedures to slow down wear and tear and extend the lifespan of building components.</li><li>System Maintenance: Maintaining and repairing building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.</li><li>Cleaning and Sanitation: Cleaning and sanitizing building facilities, including floors, walls, and ceilings.</li><li>Emergency Response: Having an emergency response plan in place and responding to emergencies as needed.</li><li>Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.</li><li>Inventory Management: Maintaining inventory records for equipment and supplies.</li><li>Coordination with Contractors: Coordinating with contractors and other specialists as needed.</li><li>Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair tasks.</li><li>Supervision (if applicable): Supervising other workers and coordinating maintenance activities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,500.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
