Legal & Staff Action Manager

We are Hiring for Legal & Staff Action Manager

Gist of the Responsibilities to handle

Investigate and resolve cases of cash misappropriation, ensuring timely issuance of Show Cause Notices and follow-up for closure.

Manage employee relations and address grievances in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Draft, review, and update employment contracts, agreements, and internal HR policies to ensure legal accuracy and relevance.

Hands on in Drafting legal notice for absconding, raising show cause, Preparation of Termination orders

Follow up on staff action cases & ensure timely closure

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or related field; additional HR or compliance certifications are an advantage.

· Retired bankers from Public Sector Banks (PSUs) with experience in legal, compliance, or HR roles are strongly encouraged to apply.

· Strong knowledge of labor laws, banking regulations, and HR best practices.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Skills

· Legal advisory and compliance expertise.

· HR management and labor law knowledge.

· Contract drafting and review.

· Fraud detection and investigation techniques.

· Strong analytical and report-writing skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
