Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet real estate documents including:
- Sale deeds, lease deeds, conveyance deeds, agreements to sell
- Development agreements, MOUs, POAs, and title documents
- Conduct title due diligence and property investigations; prepare title search and due diligence reports
- Advise on land acquisition, zoning laws, land use, and regulatory approvals
- Handle registration of property documents and liaise with sub-registrar offices
- Represent clients in real estate litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters
- Ensure compliance with local land laws, RERA, stamp duty, and registration regulations
- Coordinate with government authorities, surveyors, and external counsels
- Support negotiations for property transactions and closures
- Maintain proper legal documentation and case records
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred
- Enrollment with the State Bar Council
- Proven experience in real estate/property law
- Strong knowledge of land laws, property registration, and local regulations
- Experience appearing before courts and government authorities

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
