Key Responsibilities
1. Real Estate & Property Matters
- Conduct and oversee title due diligence, land acquisition, and property documentation
- Draft, review, and negotiate sale deeds, lease deeds, development agreements, JVs, MoUs, POAs
- Advise on land use, zoning, RERA, stamp duty, and registration matters
- Manage legal aspects of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
2. Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with RERA, local land laws, municipal regulations, environmental laws, and building approvals
- Liaise with government authorities, registrars, and regulatory bodies
- Track changes in real estate laws and advise management proactively
3. Contracts & Commercial Advisory
- Draft and vet contracts with contractors, architects, consultants, vendors, and financiers
- Provide legal advice on project structuring, financing, and risk allocation
- Support business teams in negotiations and deal closures
4. Litigation & Dispute Management
- Handle and oversee litigation, arbitration, and consumer complaints
- Coordinate with external counsels and manage legal strategy
- Monitor case progress, budgets, and outcomes
5. Corporate Legal & Governance
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act and corporate governance norms
- Support board matters, resolutions, and internal policies
- Manage legal audits and risk assessments
6. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the in-house legal team
- Allocate work, review outputs, and build legal best practices
Qualifications & Experience
- LLB / LLM from a recognized university
- 10–15+ years of post-qualification experience in real estate legal matters
- Prior experience with real estate developers, law firms, or infrastructure companies preferred
- Strong exposure to land laws, RERA, contracts, and litigation

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
