An Advocate is a legal professional responsible for representing clients in courts, tribunals, and legal proceedings. The role involves providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, and ensuring clients’ rights and interests are protected in accordance with the law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in courts, tribunals, and other legal forums
  • Provide legal advice and consultation on civil, criminal, corporate, or other legal matters
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents such as petitions, pleadings, contracts, and affidavits
  • Conduct legal research and case analysis
  • Prepare case strategies and arguments
  • Examine witnesses and present evidence
  • Ensure compliance with legal procedures and ethical standards
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and legal authorities

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Law degree (LLB or equivalent)
  • Enrollment with the Bar Council
  • Strong knowledge of laws and legal procedures
  • Excellent communication and argumentation skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity

Work Environment:
Advocates may work independently, in law firms, corporate legal departments, or with government and public institutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
