Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Fresher Advocate Interns to join our E-commerce Legal Support team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to legal operations in the e-commerce industry, including compliance, documentation, and digital business support. The role follows a hybrid work model, combining office collaboration and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and notices

Support legal compliance related to e-commerce laws, consumer protection, and digital transactions

Research applicable laws such as IT Act, Consumer Protection Act, and E-commerce Rules

Help maintain legal records, contracts, and case files

Coordinate with internal teams regarding legal queries and documentation

Support website legal content including Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Seller Agreements

Assist senior advocates with day-to-day legal tasks and reporting

Eligibility & Requirements

Fresher Advocate / Law Graduate (LLB – 3 or 5 years)

Enrolled or eligible for enrollment with the Bar Council

Basic understanding of e-commerce, corporate, or digital law

Good legal drafting and research skills

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of E-commerce Laws, IT Act, Consumer Protection, Digital Payments

Familiarity with online platforms, websites, and legal tech tools

Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, and basic legal research tools
