Job Description

The Legal Intern will support the legal and compliance function by assisting in research, documentation, drafting, and reviewing of legal and business-related documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on corporate, business, and commercial law topics
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing agreements, contracts, policies, and legal documents
• Help maintain legal documentation and records
• Support compliance-related activities and internal legal processes
• Summarize legal findings and prepare notes or briefs for internal use
• Coordinate with internal teams for legal documentation requirements

Requirements

• Qualification - Currently pursuing LLB
• Basic understanding of contracts and compliance
• Must have basic exposure of Corporate law / contract law / compliance
• Legal documentation and drafting

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 2 months
