The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in concept creation, branding, and content design that drives engagement and aligns with our company&rsquo;s goals.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conceptualize, design, and deliver creative assets from scratch, including logos, brand elements, marketing materials, and digital ads.</li><li>Design engaging social media posts, stories, reels, and promotional graphics.</li><li>Create and edit videos, motion graphics, and animated content for campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop consistent and creative design strategies.</li><li>Maintain brand identity and visual consistency across all channels.</li><li>Stay updated with current design, social media, and video trends.</li><li>Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>1+ years of experience in professional graphic design.</li><li>Strong ability to design from scratch &mdash; concept to completion.</li><li>Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.</li><li>Proven experience in video editing and post-production.</li><li>Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling and layout skills.</li><li>Attention to detail, time management, and multitasking ability.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in motion graphics and short-form video content.</li><li>Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.</li><li>Familiarity with social media algorithms and digital marketing.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;16,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
