Responsibilities & Duties

• Reviewing and drafting real estate contracts and agreements
• Understanding clients’ requirements and advising them accordingly on property-related matters
• Communicating the laws and regulations required for real estate transactions to the clients
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and central property laws
• Conducting title searches to verify property ownership
• Facilitating closings and ensuring proper documentation
• Preparing lease agreements for both residential and commercial properties
• Collaborating with real estate brokers, agents, and developers
• Researching ready reckoner rates
• Updating regularly with the new real estate laws
• Hold regular training sessions with management and team members to apprise them of legal procedures

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in real estate law
• Excellent analytical and research abilities
• Familiarity with real estate concepts such as litigation, sales transactions, property laws and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with contract law
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Degree from an accredited law school
• Strong understanding of property and real estate law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in legal research and legal drafting
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong ethical and professional standards
• Prior experience in a legal setting, preferably in real estate
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information
• Ability to offer excellent customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,995.97 - ₹56,044.00 per month
