Junior Accountant

1. Export Documentation<ul><li>Prepare and manage export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, COO, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.</li><li>Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agents) for customs clearance.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and compliance with buyer requirements and international trade regulations.</li></ul>2. Shipment Coordination<ul><li>Arrange bookings with shipping lines, airlines, and freight forwarders.</li><li>Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.</li><li>Coordinate transportation and logistic arrangements with internal and external partners.</li></ul>3. Client Communication<ul><li>Communicate with international clients regarding order status, documentation, and shipment updates.</li><li>Handle inquiries, provide required documents, and ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain strong client relationships.</li></ul>4. Compliance &amp; Regulatory Requirements<ul><li>Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, EXIM policies, and trade-related regulations.</li><li>Work with banks on LC documentation, BRC, and export payment follow-ups.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of INCOTERMS, HS Codes, and duty structures.</li></ul>5. Coordination with Internal Teams<ul><li>Collaborate with production, QA, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure smooth export operations.</li><li>Follow up on order readiness, packaging, and dispatch timelines.</li><li>Resolve documentation or shipment-related issues.</li></ul>6.
