As our Senior Packaging Designer, you&rsquo;ll own the full lifecycle of packaging design across multiple product categories. From first sketches to final print files, you&rsquo;ll be the creative driver making sure each launch is visually stunning, on-brand, and market-ready. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with Business Management, Product Development, Operations, and QA teams to ensure design not only looks great but works flawlessly in the real world.This is your chance to step into a high-impact role where your creativity doesn&rsquo;t just live on a mood board&mdash;it lives on shelves in Costco, TJ Maxx, and beyond.What You&rsquo;ll Bring to the TableSoft Skills:<ul><li>A creative leader who thrives on bringing fresh ideas and executing them with precision.</li><li>Strong collaborator who knows how to partner with cross-functional teams and handle feedback with professionalism.</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>5+ years of professional packaging design experience, preferably in food or consumer goods.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).</li><li>Strong understanding of typography, color, and brand systems.</li><li>Ability to create compelling mock-ups and product imagery to support sales and marketing.</li><li>Familiarity with printing processes, materials, and production constraints.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in food packaging design (bonus points for snacks!).</li><li>Background in product photography or styling.</li><li>Strong visual storytelling skills that connect brand to consumer in seconds.</li></ul>About Us Red Kite Brands (formerly known as 180Snacks) is rewriting the playbook on food innovation.
