About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer with strong visual instincts and a deep understanding of how design drives consumer connection. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Product Development, and Quality Control teams to deliver packaging that not only stands out on the shelf but also communicates brand value and product quality.
This role requires a designer with a strong sense of typography, color, excellent image enhancement and retouching skills, and the ability to develop compelling packaging design concepts that align with brand strategy and market trends. You’ll balance creativity with precision, ensuring every detail - from layout to color - is crafted for impact and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create innovative packaging design concepts from ideation to final production that achieve strong market fit.
  • Create and refine die-lines, layouts, and print-ready artwork, including color checks.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Product Development, and QC teams to ensure designs meet both creative and technical requirements.
  • Ensure visual and brand consistency across all product lines and packaging formats.
  • Manage multiple design projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Review and approve pre-press proofs to ensure color, print, and material accuracy.
  • Work closely with printers to ensure quality execution.
  • Stay up to date on packaging trends, printing technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design (CPG, food, or snacks preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of print production, die-line construction, and color management.
  • Demonstrated typography expertise and attention to visual hierarchy.
  • Skilled in image editing and enhancement for packaging applications.
  • Traditional drawing and illustration skills are a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high design standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay positive and solution-oriented in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
