This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a vibrant environment that celebrates teamwork and excellence.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems TOAST, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities</li><li>Manage tables efficiently by bussing, resetting, and ensuring cleanliness to promote a welcoming atmosphere</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations</li><li>Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols</li><li>Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed in fast-paced environments like fine dining or nightclubs</li><li>Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction</li><li>Collaborate with team members including host/host staff to deliver seamless service from greeting to farewell</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; experience in fine dining or nightclubs is a plus</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members alike</li><li>Basic math skills for cashiering duties, including cash handling and making change accurately</li><li>Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential</li><li>Experience with upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities</li><li>Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods</li><li>OpenTable familiarity is beneficial for managing reservations seamlessly</li></ul>Join us as a Server where your energy fuels memorable experiences!
