We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.Responsibilities<ul><li>Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.</li><li>Understand customer needs and requirements</li><li>Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.</li><li>Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven inside sales experience</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills</li><li>Strong listening and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively</li><li>2020 experience a plus</li></ul>Qualifications - Strong background in retail sales and customer service - Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Experience in inside and outside sales - Knowledge of retail math and product demonstrations - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Familiarity with layout design and upselling techniquesJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Maryville, TN: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
