Job description for Webmaster The Webmaster for TK Group websites &amp; Online stores is responsible for the ongoing functionality, security, technical updates, and optimization of the e-commerce portals and related digital assets.Key Responsibilities&middot; Ensure timely &amp; regular updating of the website content including tournaments, matches, tickets, pricing, bookings, images, blogs/news etc.&middot; Troubleshoot and resolve website errors &amp; content irregularities. Ensure adequate actions are taken proactively so as to ensure minimal down times.&middot; Coordinate with the Marketing/SEO/SEM teams for activating marketing collaterals like landing pages, posters, banners, native content etc. on the website.&middot; Ensure compliance with regulations including data protection, privacy laws, and consumer protection standards for online retail.&middot; Coordinate with the Technical &amp; Dev Ops teams for the implementation of the appropriate website security protocols such as firewalls, encryption, and secure login to protect user data and transactions.&middot; Provide appropriate design improvement feedback to the technical team for the creation of visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly pages with a focus on conversion and customer experience.&middot; Monitor and analyze site traffic, conversions, and other ecommerce-specific performance metrics with analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement.Requirements and Skills&middot; Proven experience as a webmaster, preferably for ecommerce sites.&middot; Proficiency in ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, WordPress, React, etc.), &amp; working knowledge of Html, CSS, Java etc.&middot; Working knowledge of website management tools, content management systems, web analytics, and SEO practices.&middot; Familiarity with online marketing tactics and tools relevant to ecommerce sales.&middot; Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.&middot; Good collaboration, communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset.&middot; Good skills in spoken &amp; written English.&middot; Degree or above from a recognized University, preferably in computer applications/engineering.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In personSpeak with the employer +91 8086011008
