Graphics Designer cum Video Editor

A Graphics Designer cum Video Editor is responsible for creating engaging graphics and video content for a platform agnostic environment (digital, linear tv and print). The resource would work in collaboration with the marketing, product and content teams. The required qualifications and skills for the role include proficiency in design and editing software, strong & proven creative skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

## Key Responsibilities

- Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various media for promotions & campaigns

- Edit and arrange recorded raw video material into creatively finished files.

- Create animations, motion graphics, infographics, and simple visual effects for videos and campaigns.

- Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all visual assets.

- Optimize videos and graphics for different digital and social media platforms.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and incorporating feedback.

## Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Film, Multimedia, or related fields (or equivalent experience).

- Proven skills on the FIGMA tool.

- Proven professional experience in graphic designing and video editing.

- Strong portfolio of work in design and video editing.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other graphic/video editing tools such as Final Cut Pro.

- Solid understanding of colour theory, composition, typography, and visual storytelling.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

- Attention to detail and openness to incorporate regular feedback.

- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression for different platforms.

- Good English communication skills, time management, teamwork, and creative problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, adapting to evolving marketing scenarios and internal & client feedback wherever applicable.

## Desired Skills

- Motion graphics and animation experience.

Candidates with minimum 3 to 4 years of experience would be considered

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
